J'onn is a psychic whose powers lean towards the 'whatever makes a good story' and 'superpowers as a metaphor' approach to superhero storytelling. So no matter how much or how little psychic permission you give me, it's perfectly in character.

Illusions: Sure
Surface Mind Reading: Sure
Deep Mind Reading: No unsolicited deep dives, but Feelsy Moments involving this would be fine.
Hypnotism:Preferably not unless there's a very good story reason for it.
Memory Alteration: Same as above
Tracking: Would be nice to not completely eliminate her ability to be sneaky but otherwise this is fine.
Communication: Yes
Any special notes: I don't think it's a feature that Mystique explicitly has in the movies, but in the comics her mind is apparently difficult to read because it feels very erratic and shifting all the time or something to that effect (basing this on reading wikis), and I think it's an interesting concept so I'm open to that being the case or not depending on what feels more fun for the CR.
